About
The Pacific Excellence Scholarship was established in 2018 to support the University of Waikato’s commitment to recognise and foster the excellence of our Pacific students. The Scholarship is awarded based on meritorious achievement and connection to the Pacific community. For domestic students of Pacific Island descent who are currently studying at NCEA Level 3 towards University Entrance and who intend to enrol full-time (120 points) in an undergraduate degree programme at the University of Waikato in 2025.
Eligibility
To apply for the Pacific Excellence Scholarship click on apply now below where you will be taken to your MyWaikato portal. You will then need to select the Pacific Excellence/Edna Money School Leaver Scholarships to submit an application. In completing this online application you will also be considered for the Edna Money Future Pacific Leaders' Scholarship.
