For this paper students will engage in a community focussed project which requires them to engage with the wider community beyond the university, including general public. This project could also require engagement with relevant groups such as the City/District/Regional Council, local interests groups, Iwi, community associations, etc. Students engage in organising an event or a series of tasks that servers the community a benefit. The event or tasks must be related to the students study discipline. What this event or set of tasks look like will vary significantly depending on the students study discipline. Very likely, these students will be working in teams.
