    My Experience

Tēna koutou, tēna koutou, tēna koutou kātoa.
Ko Kilimanjaro te maunga e rū nei taku ngākau.
Ko Waimapu te awa e mahea nei aku māharahara.
    Nō Malawi ahau.
E mihi ana ki ngā tohu o nehe, o Tauranga Moana e noho nei ahau.
    Ko Paula tōku ingoa.
    Nō reirā, tēnā koutou katoa.

After working in Nursing and Midwifery for 20 years, I came into Secondary Teaching in Aotearoa in 2008. I have worked in three secondary schools, teaching Maths and Science. My passion is Pastoral Care - I worked as a Dean for six years, prior to being Deputy Principal of Pastoral Care at Te Kūiti High School, which was a challenging and rewarding experience.

I have joined the Restorative Practice team and I will be working in the Bay of Plenty. I am married to Ian and we have three daughters, Charlotte, Hannah and Lizzy. Kia ora.
