Strategic Planning Framework
The University of Waikato's strategic planning documents, outlining our vision, mission, and goals for the future.
The University's activities are guided by the University Strategy, Kia haere whakamua, which was adopted by Council in December 2024.
Operationalisation of the University Strategy is underpinned by the following plans:
- Academic Plan
- Disability Action Plan
- International Plan
- Te Rautaki Māori | Māori Advancement Plan
- Pacific Strategic Plan
- Research Plan
- Sustainability Plan
Staff should ensure that new initiatives and projects are linked back to the University Strategy and it should be made explicit how these initiatives and projects will aid in the delivery of the University Strategy and its Goals.
