Tauranga locations

The University of Waikato has multiple locations across Tauranga, including:

• The Tauranga campus building in the Central Business District (CBD), Durham Street, Tauranga 
• The Selwyn Street Studios, Selwyn Street, Tauranga
• The Coastal Marine Field Station, 58 Cross Road, Sulphur Point, Tauranga
• The Adams Centre at 52 Miro St, Mount Maunganui

The University has also agreed with the Tauranga City Council to establish a state-of-the-art marine research and education facility in the Marine Park, Sulphur Point, Tauranga.

Cultural tour

The Tauranga Cultural Tour provides an audio and image tour around the Tauranga campus building artworks - highlighting the cultural narrative built into its frame and woven into its fabric through artworks of local, award-winning artists.

Cycling to Campus

The Tauranga campus has secure bike/ scooter storage located along Durham Lane.  This is located opposite the main campus, to the left of the Mr G mural – look for the Bike Shed sign.
